David Packard is a Licensed Insurance Agent, focused on helping Texas clients purchase the right Medicare Advantage plans for their needs.  David is also an attorney, fluent in Spanish, and has been a partner at the Packard Law Firm for 30 years.  Since the 1990s the Packard Law Firm has been helping Texans get their Social Security Disability Benefits approved. David lives in San Antonio with his wife Emmeline;  they have 6 children and 5 grandchildren.

With over a decade of experience in benefits specialization and administrative support, Marcela Areizaga is a dedicated insurance professional. As a licensed Life and Health Insurance agent specializing in Medicare, she guides clients through the complexities of coverage to find solutions that best meet their needs.

Prior to joining our team, Marcela contributed her expertise to prominent organizations such as Texas State Insurance Services and Humana in San Antonio, Texas. Her bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish allows her to connect effectively with a diverse clientele. Marcela resides in San Antonio with her husband, three children, and a beautiful granddaughter.

Carmen Shirk has worked with patients for 20 years, and she brings the experience of working with insurance claims and patient questions for most of this time.  Carmen also has coordinated patient care with dentists, and doctors and insurance companies, and enjoys resolving client concerns about their care.  Carmen lived in San Antonio with her husband and 2 children for the past 8 years.

Diana Aguilar is Office Manager of Packard Health & Life, after 8 years of experience working at the Packard Law Firm as paralegal and case manager.  For over 5  years Diana has worked exclusively with clients at the final stages of their Social Security cases with backpay disputes, understanding benefits, and finding qualified agents to help them with Medicare.  A native to San Antonio, Diana's vast experience working with disabled beneficiaries makes her an invaluable member of the Packard Health & Life Team.
